喀什地区维吾尔族胆囊结石患者结石成分和脂代谢特点分析

Analysis of the characteristics of lipid metabolism and stone composition in patients with cholecystolithiasis of Uyghur people in Kashgar region

目的分析喀什地区维吾尔族单纯性胆囊结石患者主要结石成分和血脂变化特点。方法选取2015年1月~2016年12月在喀什地区第二人民医院住院治疗的188例维吾尔族单纯性胆囊结石患者作为病例组,另选取172例维吾尔族健康体检人作为正常对照组,检查各组研究对象血脂水平、结石成分等指标,分析病例组患者血脂水平的变化特点和不同性别中的血脂水平和胆石成分的差异。结果病例组患者血清胆固醇(CHOL)、三酰甘油(TG)、载脂蛋白-B(APO-B)含量明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05)。病例组女性患者血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和载脂蛋白-A1(APO-A1)含量低于男性患者(P<0.05),胆石成分主要以胆固醇结石为主(56.13%)。结论脂代谢异常是胆囊结石发病的原因之一,其中女性的异常情况尤为明显。

Objective To investigate the characteristics of lipid metabolism and stone composition in the patients with simple cholecystolithiasis of Uyghur people in Kashgar region. Methods One hundred and eighty-eight patients with simple cholecystolithiasis treated in the Second People′ s Hospital of Kashgar from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected as the patient group, and 172 healthy examined people were selected as the normal control group. The blood lipid levels and stone composition of each group were checked. The differences on plasma lipid levels and gallstone compositions in different gender of the patient group were analyzed. Results The contents of plasma CHOL, TG and APO-B in the patient group were significantly higher than those in the normal control group（P〈0.05）. The contents of plasma HDL-C and APO-A1 levels were lower in the female patients than in the men patients（P〈0.05） in the patients group, while cholelithiasis was mainly composed of cholesterol stone（56.13%）. Conclusion Abnormal lipid metabolism is one of the causes of cholecystolithiasis, especially in female.
