摘要
本文以UG软件为平台,以直动推杆圆柱凸轮机构为例,用UG表达式和规律曲线命令,得到圆柱凸轮的轮廓曲线,从而得到准确的凸轮轮廓造型,然后进行三维动力学仿真,并分析推杆位移、速度、加速度,为机构优化设计提供参考。
Taking the UG software as the platform, taking the straight push rod cylindrical cam mechanism as an example, the outline curve of thecylindrical cam is obtained by the UG expression and the regular curve command, thus the accurate cam profile modeling is obtained. Then the three-dimensional dynamic simulation is carried out, and the displacement, speed and acceleration of the push rod are analyzed, which can provide referencefor the optimization of the mechanism.
