摘要
痉挛性斜颈是最常见的局灶性肌张力障碍,临床症状主要表现为头颈部运动障碍及疼痛,因此严重影响患者生活质量及社交信心,患者往往对治疗该病具有极大的期望,本文就近年来对痉挛性斜颈的研究进展进行了综述,旨在对临床医生提供诊疗及研究方面切实可行的建议。
Cervical dystonia（CD） is the most frequent focal dystonia. Symptoms often reveal as pain and functional disability. Therefore, it impacts the patients′ life and social quality, leads to the large expectations from patients of which could be cured. This review summarizes recent developments regarding cervical dystonia, with the aim to provide practical recommendations for the treating among clinicians.
