鲜药双柏膏治疗胫腓骨骨折早期软组织损伤的效果

The effect of Fresh Shuangbai Ointment in the treatment of early soft tissue injury of tibiofibulas fracture

目的观察自制鲜药双柏膏治疗胫腓骨骨折早期软组织损伤的临床效果。方法选取2016年1月~2017年3月在清远中医院住院治疗的胫腓骨骨折患者90例,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组、传统双柏膏组、鲜药双柏膏组,各30例。对照组不予外敷药治疗,传统双柏膏组外敷传统双柏膏,鲜药双柏膏组外敷鲜药双柏膏敷。观察三组疼痛、压痛、瘀斑评分及肿胀程度,评价疗效。结果传统双柏膏组与鲜药双柏膏组在改善疼痛、压痛、瘀斑评分、肿胀程度以及临床疗效上较对照组均有优势,且鲜药双柏膏优于传统双柏膏组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而两组临床疗效相似,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论鲜药双柏膏外敷治疗胫腓骨骨折早期软组织损伤疗效确切,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the effect of Fresh Shuangbai Ointment in the treatment of early soft tissue injury of tibiofibulas fracture. Methods Ninety patients with tibiofibulas fracture from January 2016 to march 2017 in Qingyuan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and randomly divided into classic Shuangbai Ointment group,fresh Shuangbai Ointment group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. Patients from classic Shuangbai Ointment group and fresh Shuangbai Ointment group were treated with classic Shuangbai Ointment and fresh Shuangbai Ointment respectively, while patients from control group did not receive any external Ointment treatment. The pain,tenderness, stasis score and swelling degree in the three groups were observed and the effect were evaluated. Results The relieving extent of pain, tenderness, ecchymosis, swelling and clinical efficacy in the classic Shuangbai Ointment group and the fresh Shuangbai Ointment group were superior than that of the control group, and the fresh Shuangbai Ointment group was better than the classic Shuangbai Ointment group, the differences were statistically significant（P 〈0.05）. There was no statistically significant difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups（P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of fresh Shuangbai Ointment in the treatment of early soft tissue injury of tibiofibulas fracture have exact effect, it is worthy of clinical application.
