轻型复发性阿弗他溃疡患者机体总氧化/抗氧化状态的研究

A study of the total serum oxidant/antioxidant status in patients with minor recurrent aphthous ulcer

目的比较轻型复发性阿弗他溃疡患者与健康人群的机体总氧化状态(TOS)和抗氧化状态(TAS)的血清含量,探讨TOS和TAS与复发性阿弗他溃疡发病机制间是否存在相关性。方法选取2015年3月~2016年12月在白求恩国际和平医院(以下简称"我院")口腔科确诊的97例轻型复发性阿弗他溃疡(MiRAU)患者(观察组)和同期来我院的102名无MiRAU的健康体检者(对照组)为研究对象。采用色度法检测两组受试者TOS、TAS、丙二醛(MDA)和尿酸(UA)的血清含量,并对两组受试者的氧化应激指数(OSI)进行比较。结果观察组TOS和MDA的血清含量以及OSI值均高于对照组,仅TAS的血清含量低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组受试者UA血清含量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论机体的氧化应激状态可能与RAU的发病机制有关。

Objective To investigate the serum content of total oxidant status（TOS） and total antioxidant status（TAS）in patients with minor recurrent aphthous ulcer（Mi RAU） and compare them versus healthy individuals, and then to analyze that whether there is a possible relationship between TOS/TAS and the pathogenesis of RAU. Methods Ninety-seven patients having been diagnosed with minor recurrent aphthous ulcer（Mi RAU） who presented in the Department of Stomatology of Bethune International Peace Hospital（ ＂our hospital＂ for short） from March 2015 to December 2016 and102 healthy persons being taken normal medical examination in our hospital were selected as observation group and control group respectively. The serum content of TOS, TAS, malondialdehyde（MDA） and uric acid（UA） were measured by the colorimetric measurement method, and then the oxidative stress index（OSI） being calculated were compared.Results The serum content of TOS and MDA and the value of OSI in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group, while the serum content of TAS was lower than that of the control group, with statistically significant difference（P 〈 0.05）. No statistically significant differences were found between the two groups in the serum content of the UA（P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The oxidative stress status seems to have certain correlation with the pathogenesis of recurrent aphthous ulcer.
