中医男科基础理论新说浅析

Analysis of the new theory of andrology in traditional Chinese medicine

近年来中医学关于男科解剖生理及疾病的病因病机有一些新认识,提出了一些新理论,如生理认识上提出"精室为男子奇恒之腑"说、"内肾外肾"说,病因及辨治上提出男科"辨体质"说、阳痿"从补肾活血论治"说、不育"微观辨治""肾虚、湿热、瘀毒"说等。本文从中医药关于男科解剖生理理论新说、关于男科疾病病因辨治新说及相关基础研究新发现等方面作一浅析,以承前启后,促进中医男科学的发展。

In recent years, there have been some new understandings and theories about the pathogeny of anatomy physiology and disease in TCM male department. For example, the physiological understanding of ＂sperm chamber is man’s unique organ＂ ＂internal and external kidney theory＂. There are new understandings of etiology and treatment like ＂physical fitness＂＂the treatment of impotence by replenishing kidney and activating blood ＂, differentiating and treating male infertility from ＂microscopic aspect＂ ＂kidney deficiency, wet heat, stasis＂ and so on. This paper analyzes the new theory of anatomy physiology of male department, new theory of etiological differentiation and treatment of andrology, as well as the new discoveries of related basic researches, which should promote the development of andrology in traditional Chinese medicine.
