摘要 目的:评价自制的多功能电动助力平车在急诊危重患者转运中的应用价值。方法:选取急诊科收治的120例危重患者,依据检查日期将其分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。将单日检查的患者纳入对照组,使用普通医用平车进行转运;双日检查的患者纳入观察组,使用自制的医用多功能电动助力平车进行转运,比较两组患者从急诊科转运到病房所需要的时间、患者外出检查时人力支出以及转运中各类不良反应的发生率,并采用调查问卷对转运中患者舒适满意度进行调查。结果:观察组转运中由急诊到检查室的转运时间、检查搬运时间及检查室到病房所用时间明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=20.54,t=22.15,t=15.85;P<0.05);观察组转运中人力支出明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(x^2=22.50,P<0.05);观察组转运中患者呼吸困难、导管(引流管)滑脱及输液部位肿胀等不良反应的发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(x^2=15.09,x^2=8.64,x^2=8.29;P<0.05);观察组转运中的舒适满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(x^2=15.54,P<0.05)。结论:研制的医用多功能电动助力平车在转运危重患者中使用简单、方便且安全,实现转运由人工向电动转变,提高了转运速度,缩短了转运时间,降低了无效供氧、呼吸困难、导管脱落等不良反应的发生,提高了患者及家属的满意度,具有一定的推广应用价值。 Objective: To explore the application value of medical multifunctional platform wagon with electric power-driven in the transshipment of emergently critical patient. Methods: 120 emergency patients were divided into observation group(patients who received detection in uneven day were transported by using medically multifunctional platform wagon with electric power) and control group(patients who received detection in even day were transported by using routinely medical platform wagon) according to date of examination. And the transferred time from emergency department to inpatient ward, the expenditure of human power during outside detection of patient and occurrence rate of various adverse reaction in process of transfer between the two groups were compared. And then questionnaire was adopted to investigate degree of satisfaction about comfort for patients in transfer. Results: The transferred time from emergency department to detection room, handling time of examination and the time from detection room to inpatient ward of observation group were significantly lower than that of control group(t=20.54, t=22.15, t=15.85, P〈0.05), respectively. The expenditure of human power of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group(x2=22.50, P〈0.05). And the occurrence rates of adverse reaction included dyspnea, olisthe of conduit and swell of transfusion position in observation group were significantly lower than that of control group(x2=15.09, x2=8.64, x2=8.29, P〈0.05), respectively. Besides, the degree of satisfaction about comfort in transportation of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(x2=15.54, P〈0.05). Conclusion: Medical multifunctional platform wagon with electric power is simple, convenient and safe in the transit of severe patients, and it achieves the transition of transferred method from manual to electric transport. And it increases the speed of transportation, shortens the transit time and reduces the occurrences of adverse reactions included ineffective oxygen supply, dyspnea and olisthe of conduit and so on. Besides, it enhances the degree of satisfaction of patients and their household. Therefore, it has a certain value in popularization and application.
