磁共振弥散加权成像和动态增强成像对肝转移瘤的疗效评价及HIF-1α和VEGF表达 被引量:4

Evaluations of gene expression and curative effect of liver metastases by using the MR diffusion weighted imaging and dynamic contrast-enhanced imaging

摘要 目的:探讨磁共振弥散加权成像和动态增强成像对肝转移瘤的疗效及对乏氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达的评价。方法:选取在医院接受治疗的60例肝肿瘤患者,按照数表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组30例,观察组使用磁共振弥散加权成像和动态增强成像进行检查,对照组行常规检查方法,两组均进行肝转移介入治疗,分析对比两组临床治疗疗效以及HIF-1α和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达情况。结果:接受治疗前两组患者体内HIF-1α和VEGF含量均无差异;治疗后观察组HIF-1α和VEGF含量显著低于对照组,其差异有统计学意义(t=15.061,t=12.346;P<0.05)。结论:使用磁共振弥散加权成像和动态增强成像参与评价肝转移瘤的治疗疗效及基因表达的评价,能够有效增强诊断的准确性。 Objective: To explore the evaluations of the expressions of HIF-1α and VEGF and the curative effect of liver metastases by using MR diffusion weighted imaging and dynamic contrast-enhanced imaging. Methods: 60 patients with hepatoma were divided into observation group(n=30 cases) and control group(n=30 cases), and patients of observation group received the examination of MR diffusion weighted imaging and dynamic contrastenhanced imaging and patients of control group received the routine examination. The clinically curative effects and the expression of HIF-1α and VEGF between the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results: The levels of HIF-1α and VEGF between the two groups before treatment were not significant. After they received treatment, the levels of HIF-1α and VEGF of observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group(t=15.061, t=12.346, P〈0.05), respectively. Conclusion: Used MR diffusion weighted imaging and dynamic contrast-enhanced imaging to evaluate the curative effect of liver metastases and gene expression can effectively enhance the accuracy of diagnosis. Therefore, it should be widely popularized.
