摘要 医用压缩空气系统作为重要的生命支持系统,需保证24 h不间断供气,且压缩空气各成分含量根据用途不同要求也不同。用于呼吸机及麻醉机的压缩空气系统是否可靠,直接影响患者的安危,而其中任一环节出现问题都有可能导致很大的安全隐患,因此临床工程人员在日常维护中对每一环节都要做好严格的质量控制。通过阐述组成压缩空气系统的空气压缩机、储气罐、干燥机、空气过滤系统、减压装置以及相应管路系统的质量控制方法,提出日常工作中应做好预防性维护的具体措施。 Medical compressed air system is used as important lifeline support system, which needs to supply air uninterruptedly within 24 hours. And content of each component of medical compressed air varies with different clinical purpose. The reliability of medical compressed air system, which acts on ventilators and anesthesia machines, can directly affect life safety of patients. And any trouble of any link of the system may have great security risks. Therefore, quality control of every link in the system should be performed strictly in the routine maintenance. This paper pointed out preventive maintenance should be well in routine work through stated the quality control methods of air compressor, gas tank, dryer, air filter system and decompressor and relevant pipeline system of compressed air system.
