摘要
波特"战略慈善"思想的提出,开启了美国企业高等教育捐赠的新时代。文章从市场和竞争力两个维度分析了战略慈善时代强制性捐赠、回应性捐赠、利他性捐赠和战略性捐赠四种典型企业高等教育捐赠行为模式的动力机制和行为特征,从加大战略投入、设立配比基金、创新捐赠模式和强化绩效评估四个方面总结了美国企业高等教育捐赠的运作策略,并从理念革新、制度供给、管理模式创新、行业组织发展、文化培育等方面讨论了我国企业高等教育捐赠事业发展的对策建议。
Michael E.Porter put forward the thought of "strategic philanthropy",and opened a new era of American corporate donation to higher education.This paper analyzes the dynamic mechanism and behavior characteristics of four typical corporate donation models to higher education including mandatory donation,responsive donation,altruistic donation and strategic donation from two dimensions of the market and competitiveness,and summarizes the operation strategies of American corporate donation to higher education from four aspects including increased strategic investment,establishing the matching fund,innovating the donation pattern and strengthening performance evaluation.Finally,this paper discusses the countermeasures and suggestions for China′s corporate donation to higher education from the aspects of concept innovation,system supply,management innovation,industry orgnization development and culture cultivation.
