摘要
对我国80所大学基金会或校友会进行调研,因子分析结果表明,大学组织的综合实力、募捐项目、募捐历史、募捐人员的工作认同感、组织领导和内部资源等对大学的募捐业绩有显著影响。回归分析结果显示,组织领导与综合实力因子对捐赠业绩有极其显著影响;组织的募捐计划、募捐人员的工作能力、大学的外部资源、大学的公信力等因子对大学的募捐业绩无显著影响。此外,具有四年以上募捐经验,且排名前50名的大学组织的募捐业绩显著。
Research on 80 university foundations or alumni associations in China shows that the university′s comprehensive strength,fundraising projects,fundraising history,fundraiser′s job identity,organizational leadership,and internal resources have made significant contributions to the university′s fundraising efforts.Regression analysis results show that organizational leadership and comprehensive strength factors have a very significant impact on donation performance;the organization′s fundraising plan,fundraiser′s ability to work,the university′s external resources,the university′s credibility and other factors have no significant effect on the donation performance of the university.In addition,the fund-raising organizations with experience over four years and from the top 50 universities have better performance in fundraising.
