我国化工、盐类矿产资源开发利用现状及存在的问题 被引量:3

Preliminary Discussion on Powerful Nation Strategy of Chemical Industry and Salt Mineral Resources in China

摘要 文章对我国重要化工、盐类矿产,包括钾、磷、硫、锂、铷、铯、石墨、萤石、硼、镁、重晶石,共11个矿种的资源情况、生产现状以及存在问题进行了分析。并将国内盐湖矿产品相关产业发展情况与世界典型矿产资源强国相比,我国在国内外资源获取能力,产业链延伸,产业集中度情况,参与国际定价方面尚存在很大差距。针对我国现阶段化工、盐类资源产业发展存在的问题及与世界矿产资源强国的差距,提出了化工、盐类矿产品产业发展途径,并在管理机制体制、金融政策、人才队伍建设、国际合作方面,给出了一些初步的意见和建议。未来10 a,与大宗矿产下降趋势不同,我国化工、盐类需求呈明显增长趋势,并将在之后相当长时间维持高位运行,加之"一带一路"中相关资源战略的实施,我国化工、盐类矿产资源产业及发展将面临新的机遇和挑战。 It is the periodical research on "the special subject of chemical industry and salt mineral resources"of the Consulting Project "powerful nation strategy of mineral resources"from the Chinese Academy of Engineering,referring to the powerful nation strategy of 11 mineral,including potassium,phosphorus,sulfur,lithium,rubidium,cesium,graphite,boron,magnesium,fluorite and barite. Compared with the classic powerful state of mineral resources in the world,it exists a big gap in the acquisition ability of resource at home and abroad,the extension of industrial chain,the industrial concentration degree,the participation degree of the international pricing on the mineral production in China. Considering the problem of industry development at present stage in China and the gap with the mineral resource powerful state in the world,it puts the way of building the mineral resource powerful state,and gives the preliminary comment and suggestion,referring to the management mechanism system,the financial policy,the talent team,the international cooperation. In the next 10 years,it is different from the decreasing trend of Bulk mineral,the demand of chemical industry and salt mineral resource is increasing obviously and keeping operating in the high level. In addition to the implement of " Belt and Road Initiative" strategy,the development of chemical industry and salt mineral resources is faced with the new opportunities and challenges.
