摘要
双塔水库自1960年建成后,受当时条件限制,设计、施工均存在一定问题,致使工程不但未能达到设计效益,且一直在病险状态下运行。经过4次除险加固,各项指标基本达到设计要求,但水库规模和特征水位没有变动,汛限水位仍沿用带病运行期的水位值。为了满足水库下游需水要求,本文通过论证,提出了抬高汛限水位的可行性。
After Shuangta Reservoir was established in 1960,its design and construction have certain defects due to condition restriction at that time; thereby the project not only cannot reach the designed efficiency,but also is operated under the disease state. All indicators reach the design requirements basically after four-time reinforcement. However,the reservoir scale and characteristic water level are not changed,the flood control level still follows the water level value during risky operation. In the paper,the possibility of increasing the flood control level through demonstration in order to meet the water demand requirements at the lower reaches of the reservoir.
