摘要 机体急进高原时,氧分压随着海拔升高而不断降低,可出现低氧反应,导致各器官出现严重损伤和一系列病理生理改变。在急进高原的缺氧环境下,肠道损伤尤为明显,但其具体机制尚未明确。越来越多的证据表明在急进高原的缺氧环境下,细胞自噬参与了缺氧环境下肠黏膜损伤的调节。磷脂肌醇3-激酶/蛋白激酶/哺乳动物雷帕霉素靶蛋白(PI3K/Akt/mTOR)信号通路是细胞自噬中重要的信号转导通路,参与急进高原的缺氧环境下肠黏膜上皮细胞自噬的调节过程,可能对肠黏膜有保护作用,该文就此方面作一综述。
