FSHβ和ITGB1基因多态性与母猪繁殖性状的关联性分析 被引量:3

摘要 为探讨FSHβ和ITGB1基因多态性与母猪繁殖性状的相关性,本研究采用PCR-RFLP技术对939头大白猪群体中进行FSHβ和ITGB1基因的多态性检测,并对不同胎次不同基因型的总产仔数、产活仔数、健仔数、木乃伊数、死胎数、窝重等繁殖性状进行关联性分析。结果显示:在试验大白猪群体中,FSHβ和ITGB1均具有中度多态性,FSHβ基因型频率为AB>BB>AA,优势基因为B等位基因。ITGB1基因型频率在大白猪中为CT>CC>TT,优势基因为C基因。FSHβ基因在头胎的死胎性状上AB基因型显著低于BB型0.15头/胎(P<0.05),而在窝重性状上AB基因型显著高于BB基因型0.69kg/胎(P<0.05),在其他胎次中各繁殖性状在不同基因型间差异不显著(P>0.05)。ITGB1基因在头胎的死胎性状中TT基因型显著低于CC型,在二胎的窝重性状上CC型显著高于CT和TT型,分别高出0.88和0.97 kg/胎(P<0.05);在三胎健仔数和窝重性状中CC型均显著高于CT型(P<0.05),由此可见CC基因型为ITGB1在繁殖性状中的优势基因型。合并基因型分析结果发现:头胎的大白猪FSHβ-ITGB1合并基因型中最优分子标记组合为AATT,经产二胎、三胎次大白猪繁殖性状FSHβ-ITGB1最优分子标记组合为BBCC。 To study the influence of FSHβand ITGB1 polymorphisms on reproductive performance of Yorkshire sows, the differentparity polymorphism of FSHβand ITGB1 genes were detected by PCR-RFLP technique, and the correlative analysis of genotypesand TNB, NBA, NHB, WB, Stillbirth, Weak piglets, Deforming et al. Reproductive traits was carried out in 939 Yorkshires indifferent fetus. FSHβand ITGB1 had moderate polymorphism, FSHβgenotype frequency was AB〉BB〉AA, the predominant genewas B allele. ITGB1 genotype frequency in the Yorkshires for CT〉CC〉TT, the predominant gene was the C allele. The FSHβgenetype BB was significantly lower than the AB type 0.15 head/fetus( P〈0.05) in the Stillbirth, while the AB genotype was significantlyhigher than the BB genotype 0.69 kg/fetus( P〈0.05) in WB. There were no significant differences in the reproductive traits amongthe different genotypes of the FSHβgene in the second and third fetuses. The ITGB1 gene type TT was significantly lower than theCC type 0.15 head/fetus(P 〈 0.05) in the Stillbirth in the first fetus, The litter weight of ITGB1 gene was significantly higher thanCT and TT , which was higher than 0.88 kg/fetus and 0.97 kg/fetus( P〈0.05) in the second fetus, respectively. The genotype CC wasthe dominant genotype of ITGB1 in reproductive traits. It can be concluded that the optimal molecular markers of FSHβ- ITGB1of the Yorkshire was the AATT in first fetus, and the BBCC was the most prolific allele molecular markers of FSHβ- ITGB1 inthe second and third fetus.
