基于相似系数的产品设计时间估算方法

Method for determining design time based on similarity coefficient of product design

针对产品设计时间难以量化与准确预测、传统预测方法偏差较大等问题,本文提出了一种基于相似系数的产品设计时间估算方法。考虑到产品特征中既包含定量特征又包含定性特征,因此首先运用三角模糊数对产品特征值进行预处理,然后运用灰色关联分析计算产品设计相似系数,最后通过MATLAB建立产品设计相似系数与设计时间的关系函数。通过算例和已有算法的比较可知:该方法具有较高的预测精度,由此验证这种方法是合理、有效的,而且具有较强的实用性和客观性。

According to research on problems that product design time is quite difficult to be forecasted quantitatively,accurately, and deviations of prediction results of traditional forecasting methods are usually great, proposinga method to estimatethe design time based on the similarity coefficient of product design. Given that product characteristics contain both quantitativeand qualitative characteristics, using the triangular fuzzy number to preprocess product characteristics was reported. And thenhiring the grey correlation was employed analysis to calculate the similarity coefficient of product design. Finally determining therelationship function between design time and the similarity degree of product design through MATLAB. Compared with theexisting algorithms through examples, this method has higher prediction accuracy. Therefore the method is reasonable andeffective to achieve strong practicality and objectivity.
