摘要
文章开展了陶瓷膜过滤技术过滤分离海水的工艺研究。通过采用真空减压和加压两种方法,探究了压力、水流量对过滤效率的影响。在压差为0.1 MPa的真空减压装置中,优化的pH值为4,流量为600 L/h。在加压过滤装置中,中等流量与中等水压有着更好的渗透效率。
The technology of filtration and separation of seawater by ceramic membrane iscarried out. Two methods of vacuum decompression and pressurization were researched. The influ-ence of pressure and water flow on filtration eficiency is explored. The optimized pH value is 4 and the flow rate is 600 L/h in the vacuum pressure device with the pressure difference ofthe pressure filter,the mediumflowand the mediumwater pressure have better permeability.
