Design for Control System of Automatic Sorting of Material Based on Vision

针对传统人工分拣作业效率低、速度慢、质量难以保证的问题,设计出了一种基于机器视觉的自动分拣控制系统,适用于多种输送线物料分拣的方案。利用视觉控制器的图像处理和算法等功能解决图像容易受到环境干扰的问题,通过PLC处理图像信息以此控制分拣机构实现快速准确稳定的物料分拣。

It is proposed the control system of automatic sorting based on machine vision tosolve the low efficiency and low speed and poor quality control of tlie traditional manual sorting oper-ation, which can apply to various sorting scheme of conveyor material. It is easily disturbed by envi-ronment so that use image processing and segmentation of vision controller in order to solve the im- age,processing the image information through the PLC and controlling the sorting machine to a-chieve fast accurate and stable material sorting,which can apply to various sorting scheme of con-veyor materials.
