摘要
文章通过理论计算抬高皮带机机头,使之机头和机尾形成一定的倾角,以解决碱液和碱渣的二次混合,避免运输途中对沿途环境卫生的影响。通过对皮带机各部部件在运行中对皮带的阻力计算,确定减速机的功率、型号以及电机的功率。从而对皮带机的驱动方式进行改造,即由电机带动电动滚筒输入轴,通过电动滚筒内部的减速机构减速后由其输出轴驱动,改为电机经过减速机减速后直接带动驱动滚筒。
In the paper, the head of belt machine is raised by theoretical calculation to makethe head and the tail of the machine form a certain inclination so as to solve the secondary mixing of lye and alkali residue to avoid the environmental hygiene along the way during transportation. power of the reducer was determined that the model and the power of the motor by calculating the re-sistance of the belt during operation of each part of the belt machine. Thus, the drive mode of the belt conveyor is modified, which is the motor drives the input shaft of electric drum. It is driven by its output shaft after being decelerated by the speed reduction mechanism inside the electric which was transformed to drive the driving drum directly after the motor decelerates throuFpeed reducer.
