文化软实力是区域经济社会发展的重要推动力量。提升青岛市文化软实力,政府治理体系和治理能力是基础,培育壮大文化产业是重点。为此,建议通过办好重大节庆活动增强青岛文化的辐射力和影响力,深入挖掘并大力宣传青岛文化符号与元素,坚持海洋文化是青岛文化的永恒主题,打造人才队伍,推出精品力作。

Cultural soft power is an important driving force for the development of regional economy and society. To enhance the cultural soft power of Qingdao, the government governance system and the governance ability are the foundation, and the emphasis is to cultivate and strengthen the cultural industry. Therefore, it is suggested that we should enhance the radiation force and influence of Qingdao culture by doing well the major festivals, dig and publicize the cultural symbols and elements of Qingdao deeply, insist that marine culture is the eternal theme of Qingdao culture, and create talent teams to launch competitive products.
