供给侧改革视角下高职现代学徒制人才培养模式的探索

The Exploration of the Modern Apprenticeship Personnel Training Mode from the Perspective of the Supply Side Reform of Higher Vocational Education

供给侧改革产生于经济领域,其有效供给和结构性改革的理念给现代学徒制人才培养模式改革提供了新思路。从人才有效供给和满足经济社会发展需要角度出发,分析现代学徒制实施过程中存在诸多需要改进的结构性问题,提出现代学徒制人才培养模式的供给侧改革策略,实现高职院校人才供给侧和社会人才需求侧的平衡。

Supply side reform originated in the economic field, and the concept of effective supply and structural reform provides a new way for the reform of the talent cultivation mode of the modern apprenticeship system. From the point of view of the effective supply of talents and the need of meeting the demands of economic and social development, through the analysis of the structural problems that need to be improved in the implementation of the modern apprenticeship system, this paper puts forward the strategy of the supply side reform of the modern apprenticeship training model, in order to realize the balance of talent supply side of higher vocational colleges and the demand side for social talents.
