摘要
创客教师是指在学校通过实施创客教育,以培养具备创新意识、创新思维和创新能力的创新型人才为目的的专业化教师。创客教师的专业化发展应通过在高校培养体系中设置创客专业,在校内外建立实训实习基地,鼓励创客教师参加与创客教育相关的专题培训、创客教学活动及其他实践活动,对现有创客教师师资开展跨学科课程培训,以及创客教师进行教学反思等五方面进行构建,有效促进创客教师的专业化发展,以达到能够开展创客教育且具备创客综合素质的专业化创客教师之目的。
A maker teacher refers to a professional teacher who aims to cultivate innovative talents with innovative consciousness, innovative thinking, and innovative ability through the implementation of maker education at school. The professional development of the maker teachers should be based on the establishment of a specialization in the college education system, the establishment of practical training bases inside and outside the school, the encouragement to the maker teaches to participate in the special training related to the maker education, the creation of teaching activities and other practical activities, the participation in interdisciplinary course training, and the reflection of their teaching. Consequently, the professional development of the maker teachers can be effectively promoted, so that they are able to carry out the maker education and become professionals with comprehensive qualities.
