摘要
在新时代的今天,高职院校辅导员在学生管理中扮演着领导者、组织者和协调者的重要角色。辅导员队伍硬实力对大学生思想政治越来越难以产生直接的影响,而软实力的作用与效果则愈加明显。角色依托、思维创新、多措并举、专业培训和契机把握能有效提升辅导员的心理辅导力、实践创导力、就业指导力、工作执导力和行为示导力等多方面软实力。辅导员队伍软实力的提升有助于提高高职院校人才培养质量。
In the new era, the counselors of higher vocational colleges play an important role in the management of students as the leaders, organizers and the coordinators. The hard power of the counselor team is more and more difficult to have a direct ideological and political impact on the college students, and the effect of the soft power is more obvious. Grasping the role, relying on innovative thinking, taking various measures simultaneously, getting professional training and seizing opportunities can effectively improve the counselors soft powers, such as psychological guidance, practice instruction, employment guidance, work guidance and behavior guidance. The promotion of the coun-sellor team's soft power helps to improve the quality of talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges.
