新形势下档案工匠精神的培养研究

Research on the Archives Craftsman Spirit Cultivation in the New Situation

2016年全国"两会"",工匠精神"一词被首度写入《政府工作报告》,让人耳目一新。时隔一年,国务院总理李克强在《2017年国务院政府工作报告》中再提"工匠精神",渐渐在各行业中形成共鸣,在全社会达成共识,也引起了档案界的高度关注。档案事业的发展,离不开一线档案人员,同样需要一大批档案工匠。本文从档案工匠与档案工匠精神的内涵入手,阐述档案工匠精神的三个层次,进而从国家和社会层面、档案工作者个人层面两个方面分析如何培养档案工匠精神,以期望对新时期工匠型档案人才的培养工作提供借鉴作用。

During NPC and CPPCC in 2016, the word ＂craftsman spirit＂was written in the Government Work Report for the first time. In 2017, Premier Li Keqiang mentioned the word again in the State Council Government Work Report of 2017, which led to a resonance in the whole society gradually, and drew great attention in the archives society. The development of archives can＇t go without archives workers, and it also needs a large number of archives ＂craftsmen＂. This paper expounds the connotation of the archives craftsman and the archives craftsman spirit, illustrates the spirit＇s three levels, and then analyzes how to cultivate archives craftsman spirit from national and social as well as personal aspects, in hope of providing reference for the archives craftsman cultivation in the new situation.
