The preservation and protection of paper files in university archives is an important subject of archives protection in archival field. In order to reinforce the scientific protection of paper files and to enhance the initiative to protect, we have to make full use of modern technology, monitor and adjust the microenvironment in the protection of paper files, strengthen the daily maintenance and prolong the life of paper files to the largest extent.
