论高校档案管理中的文化传承与创新

On Cultural Inheritance and Innovation of Archives Management in Colleges and Universities

高校档案作为高校各个时期管理教学等多方面工作的"记录员",是传承高校文化的重要纽带,更推动着高校的健康发展。但在高校档案管理过程中仍存在一些因素,而致使高校难以实现文化传承与创新。因此,文章将从高校档案管理在文化传承与创新中的作用出发,进一步探究其制约因素,最后提出几点实现文化传承与创新的途径。

Archives of colleges and universities, a ＂recorder＂of all aspects of work in each period such as teaching and management, is an important link to inherit their culture and also promotes the healthy development of colleges and universities.But in the process of archives management there are still some factors which make it difficult for colleges and universities to realize the cultural inheritance and innovation. Therefore, starting from the role of archives management in cultural inheritance and innovation in colleges and universities, the paper further explores the restricting factors, and finally puts forward several ways to realize the cultural inheritance and innovation.
