Investigating the Hospital Medical Quality Comprehensive Evaluation System by Factor Analysis Method

目的因子分析法探讨某医院医疗质量综合评价体系,为医疗质量的持续改进提供借鉴之法。方法通过文献资料优选分析法以及专家咨询法,并根据灵敏性、有效性、可行性的原则,选取了8项指标数据进行因子分析。数据来源于医院现有的统计报表。采用SPSS18.0软件进行统计分析。结果 3个主成分的特征值大于1,累计贡献率达84.99%。从2016年9月-2017年12月综合得分整体上呈上升趋势,得分最高的是2017年8月,最低的是2017年1月。结论综合因子、药比因子、手术因子是医疗质量指标的主要影响因素,因子得分可以为医疗质量综合评价提供指导建议。

Objective To investigate the hospital medical quality comprehensive evaluation system by factor analysis method,and for the continuous improvement of medical quality. Methods Through literature analysis and expert consultation,we selected the eight indicators data for factor analysis based on the principle of sensitivity,validity,feasibility. Data was from the existing hospital information system. SPSS18. 0 software was used for statistical analysis. Results Three eigenvalues of principal components were〈 1,with cumulative contribution rate of 84. 99 %. From September 2014 to December 2015,comprehensive scores were on the rise,with the highest score in August 2015 and the lowest score in January 2015.Conclusion Comprehensive factor,drug proportion factor and operation factor were the main influence factors of medical quality indicators,and the factor scores could provide guidance and suggestions for hospital medical quality comprehensive evaluation.
