医养融合模式下企业医院文化建设的探讨

随着养老市场以及医药卫生体制改革的开放与深入,不少医院和养老机构开启了"医养融合"的发展模式。在医养融合模式下,医院该如何发展文化建设成为探讨的主题。通过对萍矿总医院高坑分院改建成老年病院和老年护理院项目分析,认为企业医院的文化建设始终以人为本,全心全意为人民服务,尤其是在企业医院办养老院的"医养融合"模式下,应以医院文化建设为主,作为柔性生产力,推动医疗产业的前进,带动养老产业的发展。

On medical integration mode,the hospital how to develop cultural construction has been the subject of discussion.
