摘要
为预防大型外浮顶罐密封圈火灾,在分析外浮顶罐结构特点和火灾危险性的基础上,设计了在一、二次密封圈采用充氮保护系统。在介绍系统的组成和工作原理的基础上,合理确定了动作阈值,设计了充氮保护联动控制系统设计程序,一旦气体浓度预警、火灾报警和雷电预警信号发出,充氮保护系统按照设计的程序和参数启动,从而实现大型外浮顶罐的火灾风险控制。
To avoid fires of large external floating roof tank's sealing ring,a protection systnitrogen in its sealing rings based on the analysis of the construction characteristics and the fire risk of large externalfloating roof tanks. A protection linkage control program was designed with the operation threshold determined on thebasis of structural components and the working principle of the nitrogen - filed protection linkage control systemOnce an alarm signal was given from the gas concentration warning system,the fire alarm system or the lightningwarning system, nitrogen - filled protection system would be activated according to the eters, thus the fire risk of large external floating roof tank was under the control.
