摘要 "一带一路"倡议的积极响应呼唤中国职业教育输出,对照职业教育输出的9个基础要求,即职业培训的国际地位、职业教育的发展及普及程度、国家政策及配套支持力度、院校数量与人才支持力度、经济体满足需求的实力、职业培训输出的合作经验以及输出资源和当地的匹配度、学分学制课程开发能力、学历与行业认证并重的制度保障程度、语言政策支持力度等,中国职业教育已具有输出的优势。针对"一带一路"沿线国家对职业教育的需求,我国职业教育要提高与当地劳动力市场的相关性,增强职业教育标准在当地的通用性,提高技术技能人才对经济技术变革及社会发展的适应性。 The positive response of Belt and Road' s initiative calls for the export of vocational education in China. In contrast to the nine basic requirements of the export of vocational education : the international status of vocational training, the develop-ment and popularity of vocational education, national policies and supporting efforts, the number of institutions and the strength of talent support, the strength of the economy to meet the demand, the cooperation experience of the vocational training export and the matching degree between the export resources and the local, the ability to develop the credit system curriculum, the de-gree of institutional guarantee of equal emphasis on academic qualifications and industry certification, the degree of language policy support, etc, and China* s vocational education has the advantage of output. In view of the demand for vocational educa-tion in the countries along the route, our vocational education should improve its relevance to the local labor market, enhance the universality of vocational education standards in the local areas and improve the adaptability of technical talents to economic and technological change and social development.
