摘要
墨子作为一名杰出工匠出身的教育家,其职业教育思想是他教育思想中重要的组成部分,为发展现代职业教育体系提供了丰富的借鉴与启发,其中蕴藏着工匠精神的因子。工匠精神是职业教育的精神引领,具有匠技、匠心和匠魂的本质特性,[1]通过这三方面挖掘墨子职业教育思想中工匠精神的因子,为工匠精神寻找历史源头与文化基础,探索墨子职业教育思想对工匠精神培育的当代价值。弘扬和培育工匠精神,以期更好地运用于当今职业教育实践中,助力我国现代化"制造强国"的建设。
Mo - zi's an outstanding craftsman and educator. His vocational education thought is an important part of education thought for the development of modem vocational education system, Providing rich reference and inspiration, which also con-tains the factors of the spirit of craftsman. The spirit of craftsman is the spiritual guidance of vocational education. It contains “skills” “ingenuity” and “soul” .Through these three aspects,we can mining the factors of the spirit of craftsman in Mo - zi's vocational education thought, in order to find its historical origin and cultural basis, explore the contemporary value of Mo - zi' s vocational education thought on the cultivat ion of the spirit of craftsman. Carrying forward and cultivat ing the spirit of craftsman is in order to apply it to the practice of vocational education in today's society and help the construction of Chinese modernization “ manufacturing power”.
