In the new era, the craftsman spirit includes the perfection for products and skills, constant pace with times, respect for teachers and education, dedication of the workforce and patriotism. The craftsman spirit is the soul of national science and technology under the background of ＂Made in China 2025＂, the spiritual power for technicians to promote their professional skills and propel regional economic development, the inner needs of the subject to realize self-value as well as the powerful call for contemporary China’s manufacturing industry. It proposes to explore the cultivation paths of the craftsman spirit from such angles as strengthening its inheritance,innovating its fostering concepts, shaping its cultural atmosphere and optimizing its top-level design.
