摘要
我国民办高校的激励机制存在绩效考核不够完善、薪酬制度随意等现实问题,阻碍了民办高校的健康发展。因此,在我国民办高校自主经营、优化配置各类资源要素,自负盈亏的民办体制机制环境下,使用期权激励,以未来收益激励不断奋斗,以长远发展约束短期行为,保护所有者投资利益,激励现有管理团队发挥最大能量,使所有者和经营者的目标动态一致,从而实现学校的科学发展。
There exist such practical problems as imperfect performance appraisal and random salary system in terms of the incentive mechanism of China’s private colleges, which have impeded the healthy development of private colleges. Therefore, under the background of private colleges carrying out autonomous operation,optimizing the allocation of resources and assuming sole responsibility for profits or losses, the use of option incentive is the most effective way to motivate present efforts with future gains and constraining short-term behavior with long-term development, to serve as the most effective approach to protect the owner’s investment interests, to motivate the management team to make the most of their potentials, to coordinate the owner’s and the operator’s target dynamics as well as realize the scientific development of colleges.
