立足苏州当前经济社会发展实际,把握苏南自主创新示范区上升为国家战略的重大机遇,苏州市必须强化高素质技能型人才的培养工作。建设制造业高素质技能型人才标准体系,已经成为苏州改善软环境投资,保证苏州经济的可持续发展迫切需求。因此,要集聚高素质技能型人才培养力量,全面提升职业教育水平,深化专业改革,实施产教融合,以技能竞赛为引导,全面加强对高素质技能人才的培养。

Based on the actual economic and social development in Suzhou, holding the significant opportunity for upgrading the development of the Autonomous Innovation Demonstration Area in Southern Jiangsu as a national strategy, the city of Suzhou must strengthen the fostering of high-quality skilled personnel. The construction of a standard system of high-quality skilled talents in manufacturing industry has become an urgent need for the investment in Suzhou to improve the soft environment and ensure the sustainable economic development in Suzhou. Therefore, it needs to gather the strength of fostering high-quality skilled personnel,comprehensively improve the level of vocational education, deepen professional reform, implement integration of production and education, and use skills contests as a guide to comprehensively strengthen the fostering of highquality skilled personnel.
