摘要
新媒体以其技术性、趣味性、快捷性更容易为大学生所接受,在高职院校中的使用越来越普遍,已成为职业素质教育的新载体。新媒体具有先进的数字化和强大的互动性,能有效促进职业素质教育知识"内化",将客观的职业道德知识转化为主观意识、信念,"外化"为大学生的职业道德行为。职业素质教育的活动内容由单一转化为多维,职业素质教育方法由被动变为主动的两个转化,确保了职业素质教育有效性。
Owing to the advanced technology, attractiveness and convenience, new media, being readily acceptable to college students and being applied increasingly widely in higher vocational colleges, has become a new carrier of vocational quality education. With advanced digitization and powerful interactivity, new media promotes the knowledge "internalization"of vocational quality education, transforms objective professional ethics knowledge into subjective consciousness and belief, which is "externalized"into college students’ professional ethics behavior. The content activities for of vocational quality education is transformed from singleness to multidimensions and the approach of vocational quality education is transformed from passiveness to activeness, which ensures the effectiveness of vocational quality education.
