整体化铺装层加固空心板理论最优厚度分析 被引量:9

摘要 以装配式空心板桥为研究对象,利用大型通用软件ABAQUS建立有限元计算模型。分析了不同铺装层厚度对空心板桥应力和挠度的影响,讨论了不同跨径下整体化铺装层的理论最优厚度,并对不同跨径下考虑铺装层叠合效应的空心板桥进行了承载力极限状态和正常使用状态验算。分析结果表明:对于不同跨径的空心板桥,存在一种使应力和挠度最小的理论最优厚度值;取应力最小和挠度最小时对应的整体化铺装层厚度的较大值为整体化铺装层的理论最优厚度,当跨径从6 m增大到20 m,整体化铺装层理论最优厚度从30cm减小到6cm;考虑整体化铺装层叠合效应后不同跨径下不同整体化铺装层厚度的空心板梁承载能力均满足规范要求。 In this paper,finite element analysis software ABAQUS was adopted to develop a solid model of hollow slab bridge reinforced by integration pavement.The influence of different thickness of integration pavement layer on the stress and deflection of hollow slab bridge with different span length was analyzed,and the optimal thickness of integration pavement layer was discussed.In addition,normal limit state and ultimate limit state of the hollow slab bridge with different span which considering pavement composite effect were calculated as well.The result shows that there is a theoretical optimal thickness of integration pavement layer,which has the minimum stress or deflection of the hollow slab bridge.The theoretical optimal thickness of the integration pavement layer is the maximum value of the minimum stress or deflection of the hollow slab bridge.When the span increased from 6 mto 20 m,the theoretical optimal integration pavement layer thickness reduced from 30 cm to 6 cm.The load-carrying capacity of hollow slab bridge reinforced with different integration pavement under different span length which considering pavement composite effect can meet the requests of specification.
