慢性肾脏病3～5期患者Npt、CRP、IL-6表达水平及其相关性分析

The serum neopterin, C reactive protein, interleukin 6 expression levels and their correlation in 3 ～ 5 stage patients with chronic kidney disease

目的探讨慢性肾脏病(chronic kidney disease,CKD)3~5期患者血清新蝶呤(neopterin,Npt)、C反应蛋白(C reactive protein,CRP)、白介素-6(interleukin 6,IL-6)表达水平及其相关性。方法选取2016年3月至2017年3月于本院初次诊断为CKD 3~5期患者232例纳入CKD组,选取同期本院体检中心50例体检健康者纳入对照组,检测并比较两组研究对象Npt、CRP、IL-6水平,分析三者之间的相关性。结果 CKD组患者Npt水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05);CKD组不同分期患者Npt水平:CKD 3期<CKD 4期<CKD 5期(P<0.05);CKD组患者CRP、IL-6水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。CKD患者Npt水平与估算肾小球滤过率呈负相关(r=-0.753,P<0.01),Npt水平与CRP和IL-6水平均呈正相关(r=0.571、0.175,P<0.01)。结论 Npt、CRP、IL-6水平在反映CKD严重程度方面具有重要的临床价值。

Objective To investigate the serum neopterin（Npt）, C reactive protein（CRP）, interleukin-6（IL-6） expression levels and their correlation in 3 ~ 5 stage patients with chronic kidney disease（CKD）. Method From March 2016 to March 2017, 232 patients who were diagnosed as CKD 3 ~ 5 stage in our hospital were included in CKD group. At the same period, 50 healthy people in the physical examination center in our hospital were included in control group. The Npt, CRP, IL-6 levels were detected, and the correlation of CRP, IL-6 and Npt were analyzed. Result The Npt level of CKD group was significantly higher than that of control group（P〈0.05）; different stages of chronic kidney disease Npt level of CKD 3 stage CKD 4 stage CKD 5 stage（P〈0.05）; the CRP and IL-6 levels of CKD group were significantly higher than those of control group（P〈0.05）. Npt level of CKD group was negatively correlated with estimated glomerular filtration rate（r =-0.753, P〈0.01）, Npt level was positively correlated with CRP and IL-6 levels（r = 0.571, 0.175, P〈0.01）. Conclusion The levels of Npt, CRP and IL-6 have important clinical value in reflecting the severity of CKD.
