摘要
目的将SonicFill声波大块充填树脂与传统复合树脂充填乳磨牙疗效对比。方法分别应用Sonic Fill大块充填树脂与传统复合树脂两种材料充填217颗乳磨牙Ⅱ类洞,观察两年,分别对其操作时间、充填物脱落率、继发龋和磨耗程度进行对比。结果 SonicFill大块充填树脂与传统复合树脂相比,操作时间短(P<0.05)、脱落率低(P<0.05),在磨耗程度方面差于传统复合树脂(P<0.05),但在继发龋方面无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 SonicFill大块充填树脂能缩短手术操作时间,降低乳牙充填物脱落率,但耐磨性稍差,适用于乳牙充填。
Objective Effects of SonicFill bulk resin technique and traditional composite resin technique on filling primary molars were compared.Methods 217 deciduous molars with class II cavitity were flled by SonicFill bulk resin or traditional composite resin .Follow-up observation was carried out for two years and 189 teeth were traced.The operating time,the rate of flling dropout ,secondary caries and the degree of abrasion were statisticed respectively.Results Compared with the traditional composite resin,SonicFill bulk resin took less time to fll(P〈0.05),its dropout rate was also lower(P〈0.05),and it wore more heavily (P〈0.05),but in terms of secondary caries there was no signifcant diference(P〉0.05).Conclusion SonicFill bulk resin technique can reduce the flling loss rate and operation time,but abrasion resistance is poor .It is suitable for flling primary teeth.
