口腔正畸联合修复治疗成人牙齿错颌的临床疗效观察

Orthodontic and Orthodontic Combined Restoration for the Treatment of Adult Oral Jaws

目的探讨与分析在成人牙齿错颌治疗中应用口腔正畸联合修复的临床疗效。方法选取220例2016年8月~2018年1月在笔者医院收治的成人牙齿错颌患者,随机分为对照组跟观察组,每组110例。对照组牙齿错颌患者给予单一的口腔正畸治疗。观察组牙齿错颌患者在口腔正畸治疗的基础上,还给予牙齿修复治疗,观察比较两种治疗方法对两组牙齿错颌患者的临床疗效,并比较两组患者对治疗方法的满意度。结果口腔正畸联合修复治疗后,观察组牙齿错颌患者的临床治疗总有效率高于给予单一口腔正畸治疗的对照组牙齿错颌患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。并且观察组牙齿错颌患者对联合治疗的满意度明显优于对照组患者的单一口腔正畸治疗,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在成人牙齿错颌治疗中应用口腔正畸联合修复,临床疗效显著,患者满意度高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore and analyze the clinical effect of orthodontic combined repair in the treatment of adult orthodontic teeth. Methods A total of 220 patients with adult dental malocclusions who were admitted to our hospital between August 2016 and January 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 110 in each group. The patients in the control group were given a single oral orthodontic treatment. In the observation group, the patients with false jaws were given orthodontic treatment, and dental restorations were also given. The clinical effects of the two treatments on the two groups of dental malocclusions were observed and compared, and the satisfaction of the treatment methods between the two groups was compared. Results After combined orthodontic treatment, the total effective rate of clinical treatment in patients with dental malocclusion in the observation group was higher than that in the control group with single orthodontic treatment. The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. In addition, the degree of satisfaction of the patients with dental malocclusion in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group with single orthodontic treatment. The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of orthodontic treatment in the treatment of adult mandibular errors is effective, and the patient satisfaction is high. It is worthy of clinical application.
