关于基层医院里塑化治疗与根管治疗在时效性方面的比较

Comparison of aging in plastic treatment and root canal therapy in grass-roots hospitals

目的总结分析中老年患者后牙牙髓病及根尖周病采用塑化治疗与根管治疗的临床效果。方法对108例患者120个患牙进行研究分析,采用塑化治疗的有62个患牙(A组),采用根管治疗的有58个患牙(B组),比较分析不同方法对应的时效性。结果 (1)A组椅旁治疗时间明显少于B组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)治疗完成后,A组治疗成功率高于B组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);(3)在随访(12.0±0.5)个月期间的口腔治疗并发症方面,A组少于B组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于常见的根管过细牙髓炎,急性根尖周炎等中老年口腔病采用塑化治疗可取得较好效果,短期和远期疗效显著,时效性明显,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To summarize and analyze the clinical effects of plasticization and root canal therapy in the middle and old patients with posterior teeth, dental pulp disease and periapical disease. Methods A total of 108 patients and 120 affected teeth were studied. 62 patients（group A） treated with plasticizing therapy had 58 teeth（group B） treated by root canal therapy. The time effect of different methods was compared and analyzed. Results（1） A group chair side treatment time was less than B group, there were statistically significant differences（P〈0.05）;（2） after treatment, A treatment success rate is higher than that of B group, there were statistically significant differences（P〈0.05）;（3） during the follow-up（12±0.5） oral the treatment of complications during the month, A was less than group B, there were statistically significant differences（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For the common root canal or pulpitis, periapical periodontitis in elderly acute oral disease by resinifying therapy can achieve better effect, short-term and long-term curative effect is remarkable, timeliness is obvious, it is worthy of clinical application.
