潍坊地区大学新生牙周状况调查研究

Investigation of periodontal status in the freshmen of university students in Weifang

目的建立潍坊地区大学新生牙周状况的基础资料,为相关研究提供参考数据。方法对随机抽取的潍坊地区大学新生400人进行牙周健康状况检查。应用SPSS 13.0软件进行统计分析。结果该人群牙石检出率为85.75%,牙石检出平均区段为2.86±0.079;83.5%的学生牙龈指数处于1~2之间,牙龈炎患病率为86.5%。结论潍坊地区大学新生牙周状况较差,牙周疾病以慢性龈炎为主。

Objective To investigate the periodontal status in the freshmen of university students inWeifang.Methods 400 subjects （200 males and 200 females） were investigated for their periodontal status.Periodontal status was evaluated by measuring community periodontal index（CPI）,calculus index（CI）,gingivalindex（GI）,sulcus bleeding index（SBI） and probing depth（PD）.Data were stastistically analysed by SPSS13.0.Results The calculus detection rate was 85.75 % of the subjects and the average detection section ofcalculus in the subjects was 2.86±0.079.The gingival index among 1-2 point was 83.5% .The prevalence ofgingivitis was 86.5 %.Conclusion The freshmen of university students in Weifang have poor periodontal status.
