摘要
骨肉瘤(Osteosarcoma,OS)是一种来自于骨间叶细胞的恶性原发性骨肿瘤,多见于青春期少年和儿童。本文广泛查阅近几年来OS治疗的相关文献,并进行综合分析。全面了解目前OS治疗状况和其未来发展方向,为颌骨骨肉瘤(Jaw osteosacoma,JOS)在临床上能够更好地得到治疗提供理论指导和线索。
Osteosarcoma （OS） is a malignant primary bone tumor deriving from mesenchymal cells inadolescents and children. This article widely reviews the relevant literature in recent years about OS treatment,and analyses comprehensively understanding the current status of OS treatment and its future developmentdirection inorder to provide theoretical guidance and clues for getting the better clinical treatment of Jawosteosarcoma （JOS）.
