预成纤维桩口腔修复的效果观察

Observation of the effect of preformed fibrous stump repairing.

目的研究预成纤维桩口腔修复的效果。方法选取我院在2016年12月~2017年12月收治的口腔修复患者78例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(n=39)和对照组(n=38),观察组患者采用预成纤维桩口腔修复方式进行治疗,对照组患者采用金属桩口腔修复方式进行治疗,比较两组患者的修复结果和患者的满意程度。结果观察组患者纤维桩需要时间约(65.46±14.67)分钟,对照组患者纤维桩需要时间为(105.34±13.76)分钟,观察组修复成功率为100.00%,对照组修复成功率为78.94%,观察组患者的满意程度为100.00%,对照组患者的满意程度为76.31%,两组比较呈现为(P<0.05)的差异性,有统计学意义。结论预成纤维桩口腔修复的效果更好,患者治疗使用的时间更短,成功率更高,并且患者的满意程度更好,能够提升患者的满意程度,降低医患纠纷。

Objective To study the effect of prefabricated fiber pile in oral repair. Methods 78patients with oral cavity repair in December 2016-2017 year in December were randomly divided intoobservation group （n=39） and control group （n=38）, the observation group were treated with prefabricatedfi ber post restorations of oral treatment, the control group were treated with oral cavity repair of metal posttreatment, comparison the repair results of two groups of patients and patient satisfaction. Results Theobservation group patients need time about fi ber pile （65.46±14.67） minutes, the patients in the control groupthe fi ber pile need time is （105.34±13.76） minutes, observe the success rate of repair was 100%, the controlgroup for the repair success rate of 78.94%, the satisfaction degree of observation group of patients was 100%,the control group of patients was satisfi ed 76.31%, the comparison between the two groups （P〈0.05） showedthe difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The effect of prefabricated fiber post prosthesis isbetter, the treatment time of patients is shorter, the success rate is higher, and the satisfaction degree of patientsis better. It can improve patients＇ satisfaction and reduce doctor-patient disputes.
