摘要
目的通过研究可摘义齿注塑成型的新方法,改善义齿树脂基托的精确度和强度。方法应用注塑成型基托的方法制作可摘义齿756例,通过采用临床检查,抗挠强度、抗压强度、弹性模数检验及扫描电镜观察等方法,对比新型注塑法与传统装盒法对于可摘义齿基托的精确度和强度的影响。结果注塑成型基托能明显提高可摘义齿树脂基托的精确度以及固位力。注塑成型基托的抗挠强度、抗压强度及弹性模数均高于装盒法制成的基托。扫描电镜下观察结果显示,采用注塑法成型的义齿基托孔隙率明显低于装盒法。结论在充填可摘义齿树脂基托时,用新型注塑成型的方法能够显著提高基托的精确度、强度和节省义齿制作时间和材料。
Objective The accuracy and strength of denture resin base are improved by studying the new method of denture base molding. Methods 756 cases of removable partial denture were made by the method of injection molding base. The effects of new injection molding and traditional box packing on the accuracy and strength of removable denture base were compared by means of clinical examination, flexural strength, compressive strength, elastic modulus test and scanning electron microscope observation. Results The injection molding base can improve the accuracy and retention of the removable partial denture base obviously. The flexural strength, compressive strength and elastic modulus of the injection molding base are higher than that of the carton base. The results of scanning electron microscopy (SEM) showed that the porosity of denture base formed by injection molding was lower than that of packing obviously. Conclusion In filling removable partial denture base, the new injection molding method can improve the accuracy and strength of the base signifcantly.
