全身应用不同抗生素辅助牙周基础治疗青少年牙周炎的临床效果比照观察

Observation on the clinical effect of periodontitis in adolescents treated with different antibiotics in the whole body

目的探讨全身应用不同抗生素辅助牙周基础治疗青少年牙周炎的临床效果。方法将我院收治的90例青少年牙周炎患者分为两组各45例。对照组给予阿莫西林+甲硝唑治疗,观察组则给予阿奇霉素治疗。比较两组青少年牙周炎治疗效果;症状消退时间;治疗前后患者龈沟出血指数、探诊深度、附着丧失。结果观察组治疗效果、症状消退时间和对照组相近,P>0.05;治疗前两组龈沟出血指数、探诊深度、附着丧失相近,P>0.05;治疗后两组龈沟出血指数、探诊深度、附着丧失优于治疗前,P<0.05。结论全身应用不同抗生素(阿奇霉素、阿莫西林+甲硝唑)辅助牙周基础治疗青少年牙周炎的临床效果相似。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of different antibiotics on periodontitis. Methods 90 cases of periodontitis in our hospital were divided into 45 patients. The control group was treated with amoxicillin ＋ metronidazole, and azithromycin was treated by the observation group. Conclusion The clinical effects of different antibiotics （azithromycin and amoxicillin ＋ metronidazole） on periodontitis are similar.
