摘要
建立复方咳恩平糖浆口服液中甘草酸二钾的反相高效液相色谱测定法,并对稳定性进行考察。用Hypersil ODS柱,流动相为乙腈:0.4％偏磷酸=40:60,254nm波长检测,流速:1.0mL/min。结果在甘草酸二钾含量线性范围20-180μg/mL,回归方程Y=1059X+7.74,r=0.9999。结果建立的含量测定方法简便、快速、准确,其他3种主要辅料及其降解产物不干扰测定,可用于甘草酸二钾含量测定和稳定性考察。
Using a RP-18 column to establish a method for determination of dipotassium is established glycyrrhizin. The mobile phase was CH_3CN:0.4％HPO_2(40:60) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The UV detection wavelength was 254 nm. The linear response range from 20-180 μg/mL(r=0.999 9) is obtained. The mean recoveries of dipotassium glycyrrhizin are 98.0％. The conclusion is that method is simple, accurate and sensitive, and is suitable for determination content and stability investigation
