原州区水利建设发展中水生态安全保障探讨

Discussion on water ecological security guarantee in Yuanzhou District water conservancy construction development

原州区水资源匮乏,水生态环境形势严峻,为此多年来国家加大水利投资,在原州区"十二五"水利建设中取得了一定的成效。但在水资源管理和水生态治理方面仍存在短板,为改善水资源利用现状,按照"十三五"原州区水利发展规划,加大治理水生态环境力度,强化水资源管理措施,以提高水环境质量、保障水生态安全。

Yuanzhou District is characterized by water resources shortage and grim water ecological environment situation.The state increases investment in water conservancy over the years,and has achieved certain success in the construction of water conservancy during the ‘twelfth five-year ＇ plan. However, there are still shortcomings in water resources management and water ecological governance. The efforts of managing water ecological environment would be increased,and water resources management measures would be strengthened according to water conservancy development plan in Yuanzhou District during the‘13 th Five-year Plan＇in order to improve the present situation of water resources utilization,thereby improving the quality of water environment and guaranteeing water ecological security.
