摘要
云南省华坪县山洪灾害频繁,本文利用该县发生的较大洪水资料,分析山洪灾害预警指标检验复核的方法与流程,为山洪灾害预警指标检验复核提供科学依据。分析结果表明:运用实际发生的较大洪水对预警指标进行检验复核、验证分析预警指标的合理性、提高预警指标精准度,对山洪的御防、人口的安全转移具有积极的作用。
Yunnan Huaping County suffers from frequent torrent disasters. Recent larger flood data of the county are utilized for analyzing methods and flows of torrent disaster warning index inspection and check,thereby providing scientific basis for torrent disaster warning index inspection and check. Analysis results show that actual larger flood is utilized for inspection and check of warning indexes,thereby validating and analyzing the rationality of warning indicators,and improving the warning index accuracy. The paper has positive role to torrent prevention and population safe transfer.
