巴音沟灌区高效节水灌溉建设对策研究

Study on the countermeasures of efficient water-saving irrigation construction in Boyingou Irrigated Area

本文以新疆巴音沟灌区高效节水灌溉技术工程为研究对象,分析该灌区高效节水灌溉存在的问题,主要从总节水量、技术引进和更新能力、政府体制政策方面找出不足,并分析其产生的原因,提出加强用水管理及工程建设管理、提升农业节水技术、丰富农业种植结构、引导土地经营模式、提高基层节水技术培训服务等建议,以期为其他灌区发展高效节水灌溉技术提供参考。

In the paper,efficient water-saving irrigation technology project in Xinjiang Bayingou Irrigated Area is adopted as the research object for analyzing the problems of efficient water-saving irrigation in the irrigated area,defects are mainly discovered from the aspects of total water-saving amount,technology introduction and updating ability,government system policy,etc. The causes thereof are analyzed. The following suggestions are proposed： to strengthen water consumption management and project construction management, improve agricultural water-saving technology, enrich agricultural planting structure,guide land management mode,improve the basic water-saving technology training services,etc.,thereby providing reference value for the development of efficient water-saving irrigation technology in other China irrigated areas.
