老年高血压性心脏病慢性心力衰竭患者应用曲美他嗪的临床价值

Clinical value of trimetazidine in senile hypertensive heart disease patients with chronic heart failure

目的探讨老年高血压性心脏病慢性心力衰竭患者应用曲美他嗪的临床价值。方法将我院老年高血压性心脏病慢性心力衰竭患者140例随机分为试验组和对照组,各70例。对照组给予常规药物治疗,试验组在此基础上联合曲美他嗪治疗。比较两组疗效。结果治疗后,两组血压显著降低(P<0.05),但组间比较无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的LVESD、LVEDD和LVEF水平及BNP、IL-1、hs-CRP、TNF-α水平均明显改善,且试验组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论老年高血压性心脏病慢性心力衰竭患者应用曲美他嗪的效果显著,可在控制血压的基础上进一步改善患者的心功能和炎性水平,利于患者预后。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of trimetazidine in senile hypertensive heart disease patients with chronic heart failure. Methods A total of 140 cases of senile hypertensive heart disease patients with chronic heart failure were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group, with 70 cases in each group. The control group accepted conventional drug therapy. The study group accepted trimetazidine on the basis of the control group. The effects were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the blood pressure significantly decreased in the two groups（P〈0.05）, but there was no significant difference between the two groups（P〉0.05）. After treatment, the LVESD,LVEDD and LVEF levels and the levels of BNP, IL-1, hs-CRP, TNF-α in the two groups significantly improved, and those of the study group were better than the control group（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The effect of trimetazidine in senile hypertensive heart disease patients with chronic heart failure is significant. It can further improve the patients＇ cardiac function and inflammation level based on the control of blood pressure, which is benefit to the prognosis of patients.
